![]() The food was great, I didn’t have high expectations for the food. Our buzzer went off and we headed to the bowling area. The kids enjoyed the games and bumper cars. There was a 1 hr 20 min wait for bowling so we got on the wait list and headed for the arcade. When we walked in what appeared to be the main entrance (not sure if there is another entrance) but it was a bit unclear as to where to go. The complex is very nice they have an arcade, bumper cars, laser tag, and bowling. We had 5 children in our party ranging from 4-13 with us. I went to Stars and Strikes with a group of 10 family members. Could not tell you how this location is still open but I do not see it being open for much longer with the way it is ran. He proceeds to get in my face and tells me because the store is closed he does not owe me any information. After another 15 minutes passes he comes over and I request a corporate phone number for Stars and Strikes. This is so ridiculous that I request to speak to the general manager one more time to get a corporate phone number. Finally, 12:10am, the store is closed I finally get my receipt. The server comes over after 30 minutes and I pay for everything I have ordered and requested a receipt at 11:28pm. Well he proceeds to be rude and short with me slurring his words and finally I convince him to get me a server so I can go ahead and take care of my bill. I ask the man who claimed to be the general manager where these drinks came from and tell him they are not mine and I do not want to pay for them. Then random drinks start showing up to my table. It took almost another whole hour for them to go get my drink made. They take your order and back over to the girls they go. Finally they come over after waving them down three times. Well the servers there are too busy trying to talk to the group of girls next to you. Not to receive it, but just to get someone to take your order. My experience with Stars and Strikes was absolutely nasty seating area (no cleaning was done until close). First off If you live in the Irmo, SC area, do not waste your time here, go to Anchor Lanes. No other compensation was received. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any business or establishment I have ever been to. I received complementary passes to Stars and Strikes to facilitate my post, but all opinions stated are my own. Please link up your WW below! If you’re looking for something fun to do with the whole family I definitely recommend checking out Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center. I can’t wait to go back, and take my hubby this time! She really started to have fun after she stopped being a whiny butt. She was scared at first by the fog and loud music but she quickly started to enjoy herself. Natalie was also pretty young for the laser tag. She’s tiny anyways so it swallowed her whole. I wish I had some pictures of Haley wearing the vest. People kept saying they were “aiming for the lady with the kid” because I was an easy target, lol. I was easy prey since I was shooting left-handed and I held Haley the entire time. I ended up taking Haley’s laser tag vest off because it was just too big and she was getting really tired and whiny by then. I hardly ever never let them run wild spending money on arcade games.īefore we left, we got to play laser tag! It was so much fun! The Sandy Springs location has a two-story course complete with fog and cosmic lighting. Natalie was very serious about lining up her ramp just right so she could knock all the pins down.Īnd it worked! She beat both me and Haley by a good 30 points.Īfter a round of bowling, we hit the arcade! Again, something new to both of them. They had adorable little bowling shoes for them to wear and a metal bowling ramp contraption so they could easily roll the bowling balls. I was thinking a 3 and 4 year old might be too young for bowling but they didn’t have any trouble at all. We started the day with yummy snacks and a round of bowling. We were invited to try out a brand new Stars and Strikes location in Sandy Springs. My husband unfortunately had to work so I was solo with just my two babies. ![]() Saturday, I got to take the girls bowling for their first time ever! I haven’t been bowling in such a long time.
